Jennifer helped us find a condo when we were relocating to Toronto from the UK. I know this is long, but she deserves a lengthy review for how great she has been! Finding the property… Jenn offered an excellent approach. She talked us through every step of the process in a clear, professional, and helpful manner to ensure we knew what to expect at each point. She gave us several options of condos and areas and whenever we said we liked something, she would book in and send us videos from the tour. No pressure, and we didn’t feel rushed. She gave some opinions (which were hilarious) and we really felt like we could trust her at every step in finding the place. Offer and paperwork… After we found the place we liked, there was lots of paperwork to do pretty quickly. Whenever she sent any documents for us to sign, she would send an email to ensure each document was explained. The communication on email and text was constant. This was a big plus when moving internationally, and now we have all the notes to go back to if we have any questions down the line. She was even answering our emails when she was on holidays over the Christmas period and out of the country. Personal comments… Jenn has supported us professionally and personally and made the painful process of relocating so much easier. She has been kind, patient, knowledgeable, funny, and a breeze to work with. She even met us on our move in date on a Sunday to give us the keys. We have said several times throughout that we could not have done this without her. She has answered about 10000 questions for us, and is still answering them now, even though we moved in a week ago! When searching for a condo Ashley was extremely attentive to my needs, showing me options I hadn't previously considered that ended up being my perfect home. The team was immediately responsive, even anticipating my questions and needs before I even asked. TL;DR - Worked with Jennifer earlier this year and have nothing but good things to say. I was looking for a rental unit in downtown Toronto and that is a notoriously tricky and unpleasant endeavour. Jennifer practically saved me from all the trivial and boring stuff and just kept inviting me for viewings. I didn't have to deal with any agents, schedules, keys, concierges in any of the places we've seen. Once we selected an option, it was, again, super easy for me - just to sign the papers. Upon revision of that experience, I realize that I perhaps wasn't the easiest client which only strengthens my admiration for Jenn's professionalism. Now I know who to call in the future!

When we made an offer finally, her personality with dealing with the other realtors must have been great because they made the transaction easy and even discounted the price without negotiation.
